Relax Sauna: good, but shipping was a bit slow

The Silver Relax Sauna works great, but it took a while to actually arrive.

Good deal on a new tent

Needed a new Relax Sauna Replacement Tent. Saw they had a bit of a sale going on, saved me 50 bucks plus free shipping. The tent arrived in about a week. Fit my existing frame perfectly, no issues there. It was definitely worth waiting for a deal. I got good value for what I paid. Happy with the overall cost and product.

Always reliable, great quality

I've ordered from Relax Saunas a few times now, going back to my first Silver Relax Sauna. This time I picked up a Far Infrared Table Lamp. Just like before, the order process was smooth and shipping was pretty quick, about 4 days to get to my place in California. The lamp works great, feels consistent with the quality I've come to expect from them. It's why I keep coming back.

Got my sauna, super happy

So I finally bit the bullet and got the Black Relax Sauna. It arrived in about a week. Set it up myself, it wasn't too bad. Used it a few times already. Feels really good, I get a decent sweat going. Definitely glad I got it. My back feels better after. Totally recommend it if you're thinking about one.

Quick shipping, good eye mask

Ordered a Far Infrared Eye Mask. Arrived in 3 days. Works well, feels comfortable. Good purchase.

Good product, decent delivery

I ordered the Relax Far Infrared Portable Sauna. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. It took about 6 business days for the sauna to arrive in New York. The packaging was robust, and everything was intact. Assembly was fairly simple following the included instructions. I also had a question about the chair and reached out to customer support via email; they responded within 24 hours, which was good. The sauna itself performs as advertised; I found it heats up quickly and provides a consistent heat. The build quality seems solid for a portable unit. Overall, a positive experience and I'm happy with the purchase.

Portable sauna, good but not perfect

I recently purchased the Silver Relax Sauna. Shipping was free, which was a plus, and it arrived in about 5 days. Setup was manageable, and the sauna works quite well for its size, providing a good, consistent heat. I did notice the power cord felt a little shorter than ideal for my setup, meaning I had to use an extension cord. The carrying bag also seems a bit flimsy, I worry it might not hold up to frequent travel. But for the price and the benefit, it's a solid choice for home use. Value was there, just a couple minor things could be improved.
